Ceremony & Reception Venue: TPC Sawgrass
So far our experience with TPC Sawgrass has been phenomenal. Christine Hoffman is a dream to work with. She is very accomodating and really wants to make your wedding day the most amazing day of your life. Their food is fabulous and they are really willing to work with you. Also, the cake is included in your price since they contract with Classic Cakes. The venue is gorgeous, with a huge new clubhouse. I cant say enough about how much I love this place.

Photographer: Naturally Photography by Gary Denman
Gary is such a great guy. We all really clicked with him (especially my father as Gary is ex-Navy). His photographs are amazing and he was always my top choice for our photographer. I thought he was out of our price range but he is really willing to negotiate on the prices, especially if your wedding is early or on a non wedding day. He was a lot of fun to work with for our engagement pictures.

Bakery: Classic Cakes
We went with Classic Cakes simply because this is where TPC contracts so I was a little worried about the quality. As stated in the Cake section, I am a cake snob. However, my FI, mother and I were all exclaiming over how amazing our trial was. Not only was it the best cake I have every had in my life, but Carol was really great in regards to the design. She was able to give great opinions (which were very helpful), without being pushy. Our grooms cake is a little involved so I was worried about the price, but it was reasonable and I feel confident she can execute it to my FI's specifications. They also did the cupcakes for my shower and they turned out amazing.

Florist: Flowers by Shirley
I met with three different florists and Flowers by Shirley's prices were extremely competitive. They seemed very knowledgable about flowers in general and were honest about the pros and cons of certain flowers, which I appreciated. They also beat the price of the two other florists I met with by 300-400 dollars but their work is still just as beautiful.

Makeup Artist: Haley Bolen
I did my trial with Haley the morning of my engagement photos. She is such a sweetheart. She uses all MAC products and was very quick. She literally did my entire makeup in about 20-30 minutes. She is very easy to get in touch with and her prices are reasonable. I loved my makeup for the photos and it lasted all day since everything is waterproof.

DJ: Dennis Hubbell at Austin Entertainment
Our search for a DJ was probably the most frustrating wedding experience so far. We didnt want to spend a lot on our DJ, simply because it is a morning wedding so there is no guarantee our guests are going to be in a dancing mood. However, I still wanted to have one and I wanted one that I felt confident would not play the music I did not want played. We talked with multiple djs and were settled on Stephen Paul from Beyond Sight and Sound but through a few miscommunications, he ended up being booked by another couple for our date. Luckily, one of my father's coworkers raved about how amazing DJ Hubbell was at the NAS JAX Navy Ball. We met with Dennis and really loved his personality and signed the contract on the spot. Plus, he gave us a military discount, which my parents loved.

Save the Dates: Magnetstreet.com
I wanted to have the Save the Dates custom designed by Nicole at Pink Design Events was on maternity leave so I decided to just go through Magnetstreet weddings. They have a variety of magnets to choose from and their prices are reasonable. You can customize a few hundred of the magnets with your colors and pictures, which is what we did. It was very simply and only took my about 30 minutes to do. Plus, they include silver lined envelopes.

Monograms & Invitations: Alex Tebow Designs
Alex was absolutely amazing to work with. Our invitations, inserts, and various signage turned out amazing. She was extremely helpful and her prices were incredibly reasonable considering how many revisions we made!

Bride and Bridesmaids' Attire: Alfred Angelo
I know many brides who had horrible experiences at David's so I wanted to go to Alfred Angelo first. I fell in love with my dress my first trip there and so far my experience with them has been positive. I am probably not going to have my alterations done through them simply because I had my alterations for a wedding I was in done there and I really dont like their seamstress, she is very pushy and rude.

Groom and Groomsmens' Attire: Mens Wearhouse at St Johns Towncenter

We decided to go with Mens' Wearhouse after my FI decided he didnt want to go with suits. We ended up ordering the grey tuxes and everyone was incredibly helpful. It does tend to get very busy in there, so I probably wouldnt go in on a weekend.
